Congratulations to everyone over the past few weeks of Easter. The choir contributed two very special and significant contributions to worship with the singing of Haydn’s Little Organ Mass and then the Latin blockbuster Misa Criolla. Well done Kristian and Emily for helping us through it and providing additional assistance. It was so wonderful to see so many at practice in the week preceding each special occasion. Thank you for making the time to practice – either at home, on the boat or at St. Peter’s.

Special thanks to Phillip Hamilton for continuing to support the choir with gifts of music, including both the Haydn and the Misa Criolla.

We were sorry to have missed Tony due to illness, but Tony assures me that good health has returned and he will be joining us again from this week.

I would also like to introduce a new cantor, countertenor Hamish Gould (pictured below right) who is a very accomplished musician, studying his Master of Music in contemporary performance and lives with his wife in Armadale. Welcome Hamish.
